GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
The customer declares, that at the end of the online booking he has completely and truthfully filled in the personal data form, and that he accepts all responsibilities relating to potential false declarations or incomplete and wrong indication of data.
The hotel keeper is entirely responsible for the steady validity and updating of data and information contained in this website, and particular reference is given to the services.
2. Lodging Contract
After the reservation, the lodging contract is immediately established between the person booking the room and the hotelkeeper, and all rights and duties deriving from the lodging contract are exclusively between these two parties. The email sent to the person who has booked the room is valid as reservation and must be produced on arrival in the hotel like a voucher that stands for the customer’s reservation rights.
The provider of the online booking system is excluded from the contractual non-fulfilment of either party.
3. Check in/out
The customer must arrive in the hotel within 18:00 pm of the arrival day indicated in the reservation. Any delay must be immediately communicated to the hotelkeeper; otherwise he might sell the room to other guests.
On departure check out must be done within the time reported in the hotel regulations.
4. Cancellation charges and Departure in advance
In case of cancellation, the hotelkeeper has the right to ask compensation, i.e. the following cancellation charges which are calculated on the full amount of the reservation:
– cancellation received within 20 days before arrival: 15% charge
– cancellation received between the 19th and 7th day before arrival: 25% charge
– cancellation received between the 6th and 4th day before arrival: 40 % charge
– cancellation received within 3 days before arrival: 80 % charge
– no cancellation: 100 % charge
Departure in advance: we consider the complete period of the previous reservation to pay.
In all four cases the cancellation charges will be refunded to the customer if the hotelkeeper managed to sell the room for the same period.
5. Hotelkeeper’s duties
Should the room booked by the customer no longer be vacant because of the hotelkeeper’s default, than the hotelkeeper must provide an equivalent or superior accommodation.
6. Prices – payment and citi tax
The hotelkeeper ensures that he will not apply different rates at the payment done by the customer in the hotel.
The hotelkeeper is responsible for every possible controversy relating to the applied prices.
The credit card number is compulsory for the reservation. The card is only used to guarantee the seriousness of the reservation; no amount will be charged. The full amount of the stay will be paid directly in the hotel.
Not included in the room price: € 1,00 city tax each person each night (from 14 to 70 years old)
7. Place of jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes relating to the present contract the place where the hotel is situated shall have jurisdiction.
8. Privacy Defence
Informative Report according to the Law No. 675/96, article10, privacy defence
The customer completely agrees with the treatment of his personal data supplied through computer processing, only for the purpose of administrating contractual obligation between the parties. The customer knows that for the conclusion of the booking it is necessary to give his acceptance to the acquisition of such data; the lack of this acceptance will not permit to get to the next booking step.
In every moment the customer enjoys the right to have access to his personal data, and after asking the hotel in writing he will be able to modify them.
9. Acceptance of the general contractual conditions for online bookings
With the accomplishment of the online booking, the customer accepts and agrees with the general contractual booking conditions hereto, and especially with the articles 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8.
